Work begins by getting to know the Customer, their priorities for interior styling; requirements for the functional arrangement of living spaces; and taste preferences. This stage sets out the scope of the tasks.

Based on all the information we’ll set out the commercial arrangements. After agreeing on price, terms of work and other details, a service agreement is drawn up for signing.

Before starting the design, the designer and project manager visit the site. They analyze the architectural, stylistic and natural features of the site and its surrounding area. The premises are measured and photographed.

This is the most creative stage of the work. A set of documents is being prepared - a portfolio with planning solutions and 3D visualizations of the main premises which accurately convey the look of the finished interior.

Based on developed documents and technical task, a preliminary budget calculation for implementing the turnkey project is carried out.

At this stage, an agreement for implementing the turnkey project service is made up, approved and signed off. It sets out the timing of the work and preliminary budget. Final calculations and adjusted project costs are carried out at the eighth stage.

A complete set of documents is prepared – a portfolio with drawings for the concept implementation, including working and engineering project documents which are combined and aligned. All necessary specifications are clarified.

At this stage, cost estimates for implementing of all types of planned work are approved. Detailed specifications with the cost of finishing materials, furniture, lighting, sanitary equipment and other interior components are presented. A financing plan is formed showing all payment stages and costs.

At this stage, construction and finishing works are carried out, including the supply and installation of materials; engineering equipment; sanitary equipment; furniture; lighting and decor. At all stages of work, architectural supervision is carried out to resolve live issues and control compliance with project documentation. Technical supervisors ensure the adherence to quality requirements, and managers control the timing of deliveries and works. The completed site is handed over to the Customer.
