Before starting the design, we carry out an analysis of the site and permits. In the case of
reconstructions, we’ll undertake a deep study of all existing buildings. For this, site
surveys and photographs are arranged. We conduct geological research, measurements and
examination of any external infrastructure.

Based on the research results, a concept is developed and presented, which includes the main
technical and economic indicators of the future site, styling and relation to the land. All
stylistic recommendations are demonstrated through mood boards and collages.

At this stage, we prepare 3D visualizations of the facades and a portfolio of sketches and
drawings which gives a full sense of the future structure and is the basis for obtaining
building permits. It’s used for developing the related sections and preparing a set of
working documentation. At the same time, the landscaping concept is being formed.

OF WORKING DOCUMENTATION
A technically challenging stage, during which the documentation required for the
construction work is developed, including the calculation and design of all architectural
and construction solutions. Material specifications are also generated at this stage. This
set of documentation takes into account all the subtle details of the project and allows you
to picture it as it will be once completed.

CALCULATION AND ESTIMATE DOCUMENTATION AND SIGNING OF AGREEMENT FOR
CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION WORKS
A package of documents is approved with detailed calculations, estimates, and specifications
for carrying out all the work and costing the materials needed for the project. A financing
plan is set out, indicating payment stages and costs. Then we sign an agreement for
construction and finishing works.

IMPLEMENTATION
Construction begins, supervised by technical experts. Throughout the stage, we arrange the
supply of materials. Once all works are finalized, the completed site is handed over to the
Client.

ARCHITECTURAL
SUPERVISION
SUPERVISION
All the key experts – including the architect, constructor and chief engineer – regularly
visit the site to monitor performance and make sure it meets all requirements. If necessary,
they make the adjustments and provide updated drawings.
